Reflecting on an Incredible Weekend at the 2026 Lunar New Year Festival!
We are thrilled to share that the 2026 Lunar New Year event was an overwhelming success! Thousands of visitors filled the venue to welcome the Year of the Horse, enjoying breathtaking performances, incredible food, and interactive cultural experiences.
As a club, we were honored to be on the ground from start to finish. Our dedicated Sunshine Interact Club members rolled up their sleeves to handle everything from the early morning setup and exhibit organization to managing the logistics that kept the festival running smoothly all day long. Seeing the community come together made every minute of hard work completely worth it!
The heart of the festival was the cultural pavilion, and we want to extend a massive thank you to the wonderful organizations we had the privilege of working alongside:
- HuaGuang for hosting the beautiful Calligraphy Writing booth
- Calcolor for inspiring so much creativity and art
- POP Education for providing engaging, interactive learning
- Silicon Valley Korean School & ACME Chinese School for showcasing rich heritage and traditions
Events like this remind us why we love serving our neighborhood. Thank you to our amazing volunteers for their tireless work behind the scenes, and to everyone who stopped by to celebrate with us. Here’s to a bright, prosperous, and joyful year ahead!
