On January 26, 2025, the Palo Alto Lunar New Year Fair returned to Mitchell Park Community Center to celebrate the Year of the Snake. Organized by WizChinese and the Palo Alto Chinese Parents’ Club (PACPC), supported by the City of Palo Alto. The fair was open from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM and has become a beloved tradition in the community since 2016. The event drew thousands of attendees who enjoyed a wide array of cultural activities like paper cutting and traditional foods, including dumplings and milk tea, as well as traditional Chinese music and dance. All profits from activities will be donated to the Palo Alto Unified School District.
